Soo the last week, well since Jaxon turned 5 months, we've been introducing veggies. I'm a big meanie and am making him try all of them before any sweet, yummy fruit :) Guess I just fear once he gets a taste of them he could care less about vegetables, but maybe not.
He's tried green beans (loved them), peas (loved them), carrots (not so much), and sweet potatoes (loved 'em). I've been feeding him in this lil' chair so now once you set him in it, before you have a chance to strap the bib on him, his mouth is already wide open-ready and waiting (impatiently I must add!) to gulp down the whole jar.
His shiny face is from some cream I've been putting on his poor chapped cheeks and hands. Since he is so fond of sucking on them, leaving them super slobbery, they've been getting nice and red. Looks rather painful but hasn't stopped him.
He still shows little interest in rolling over, although he is capable, just stubborn. Maybe he thinks learning to sit up is funner. Oh, and have I mentioned he likes to throw little fits (already!) by getting leverage with his feet arching his back...ohh yes, so fun! Mostly when you're putting him in the car seat and he doesn't think it's necessary.
His hair (or fuz) is actually filling in quite nicely :p (While mine is still falling out by the handful...grr). I doubt he will ever have too thick of hair, being his father nor mother have much to brag about.
