He has clearly said Horse (usually sounds more like Orce), Ice and Sock. Dog sounds a bit more like Gog. And he also knows how and when to sign please and thank you, but hasn't even attempted to say either. Grr. I was afraid of that, and wasn't going to teach him sign because of it. Oh well, I suppose he will figure it out once he starts talking more, and I'll be glad for now that he can communicate some sort of manners until then :) His ability to tell us what he wants a bit better has been wonderful! For instance he will go to the fridge for a drink or yogurt, or shake his head No if it's not what he wants. And will point in the direction of what he's trying to tell you. Though most of what he says is still a bunch of jibberish, this last week he has began trying to repeat many more words!
He loves to
It's obvious he is getting better at understanding what we tell him. For example to shut/open things, turn light off/on, and when he pulls his socks off constantly-to put them in his room in his basket. Pull the plug for the drain when done with a bath.
He has continued to have such curious eyes. Watching closely to all that goes on around him, making him quite the copy-cat lately.
Climbing up on chairs, and playing catch/throw are a couple things he finds to be all sorts of fun.
We are so proud of you Jaxon! Mommy and Daddy love you so much! Happy 18 months :)
