Brunch

We almost never go out to breakfast and other than the random biscuits and gravy for supper, and the waffles Kent makes Sunday mornings-our morning meals consist of cereal, yogurt and granola bars. Saturday we switched things up and joined our friends Ben and Shannon Root and their little girl Shaela, for brunch. It was quite the feast and oh so delicious!

Cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, ham steak, bacon, applesauce, fruit and juice

Miss Hayden relaxed, then slept, in the swing while we ate and cleaned up. So sweet of her!

Afterwards Daddy and Jaxon got to sample the John Deere to till up the area for Shannon's garden.

We then headed home for the kiddo's to nap and the parents to scope out the yard and talk of plans for this spring to get it finished up and looking decent. It was sure a nice day, and hoping for there to be many more coming up!
